On February 11, 2011 The Westin Resort Nusa Dua Bali held a prestigious award presentation event, recognizing the winners of “Supervisors of The Year 2010 and Managers of The Year 2010”. This is the first award presentation for Supervisory Level and the second award presentation for managerial level after a successful similar event of last year. This kind of recognition aims at recognizing the commitments and achievements of managers & supervisors for their leadership roles, recognizing the managers’ & supervisors’ involvements in activities beyond their call of duty and reinforcing managers’ & supervisors’ performances as role models for other associates. After doing a recap on the credit entry towards the series of criteria, it is decided to keep top 5 nominees for each level before finally selected 1 winner for Supervisor of The Year 2010 and 1 winner for Manager of The Year 2010.
The Westin Genaral Manager Bpk Bipan Kapur gave the Appreciation Letter to The Best Manager of The year Bpk Komang Pustaka from Housekeeping Department.
Everyone is so exited about knowing who is the best Manager and Supervisor of the year.
